Step-by-Step: Generate a Report

Step 1: Access Reports Section

  1. Log in to VeriFood dashboard
  2. Click Reports in the left sidebar
  3. Select Compliance Reports

Step 2: Choose Report Type

Click on the type of report you need:

  • Quick Report (today’s data)
  • Custom Report (specify parameters)
  • Scheduled Report (recurring)
  • Template Report (pre-configured)

Step 3: Set Date Range

For Custom Reports:

Select your reporting period:

  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • This month
  • Last month
  • Custom range (select start and end dates)

Example for Health Inspection:

Start Date: January 1, 2025
End Date: January 31, 2025
(Shows full month of compliance data)

Step 4: Select Locations

Choose which locations to include:

Single Location:

  • Select one location for location-specific report

Multiple Locations:

  • Select specific locations
  • Or choose “All Locations” for enterprise view

Step 7: Add Customizations (Optional)

Company Branding:

  • Upload your logo
  • Add company name and address
  • Include certification numbers

Custom Cover Page:

  • Report title
  • Prepared by (name)
  • Preparation date
  • Purpose of report

Include Photos:

Step 8: Generate and Review

  1. Click Generate Report
  2. Wait 10-60 seconds (depending on date range)
  3. Report will open in preview mode
